Volume Control in WIndows XP

This sounds like a trivial advice, but if you see volume control icon disappear from your taskbar notification area in Windows XP, you can start volume control application by using command,

$SYSTEMROOT\system32\sndvol32.exe

Can anyone recommend the robust MSP tool for a small IT service company like mine? Does anyone use Kaseya.com or GFI.com? How do they compare to these guys I found recently: N-able N-central internet security software
